Flat-rate pricing covers standard installs only. The following items are not silently folded into the base price.
Placement and mounting
Custom mounting, specialty placement, and unusual install conditions get quoted before work starts.
Wiring and compatibility
Wiring complexity, compatibility issues, or door and frame modification are separate scope decisions.
Added hardware and expanded scope
Extra hardware, additional areas, or broader setup requests are quoted before they are added to the job.
A $50 deposit holds the appointment and applies to the total. Balance is due after install and testing are complete.
