What happens during the $95 system audit?
We review Wi-Fi coverage, device compatibility, mounting points, wiring conditions, and the overall layout of the property. You get a clearer hardware recommendation and a defined install path. If you move forward with the work, the full $95 is credited toward the install total. Learn more about audits →
How fast can you quote a standard install?
Most standard jobs can be quoted the same day. Text the device brand or model, a photo of the install area, and your city, and we can usually tell you quickly whether it fits our flat-rate pricing or needs an on-site audit first.
Can I supply my own hardware?
Yes. You can provide your own devices, or we can recommend and source the right hardware for the property. We will tell you up front if a device is a poor fit, incompatible, or likely to create reliability issues.
Do you only install new systems, or can you fix existing ones?
We do both. We install new smart-home devices and we troubleshoot existing setups that keep failing, including weak Wi-Fi coverage, lock and app issues, unstable cameras, and automations that were never configured correctly.
What is the booking deposit?
A $50 deposit is required to hold your install window. That deposit is applied to the final balance due once the install, configuration, and testing are complete.
